Halloween Carnaval Parking Information
The City of West Hollywood will suspend permit parking for the Halloween Carnaval from 11 a.m., October 31 to 6 a.m., November 1.
Meters will be enforced.
Carnaval-goers are asked to observe the boundaries of West Hollywood;
If parking occurs in the City of Los Angeles, all parking restrictions must be observed.

West Hollywood’s “FrankenRide”
Avoid the traffic and parking hassles on Halloween! Ride the City of West Hollywood’s “FrankenRide” along Santa Monica Boulevard (La Cienega Boulevard to Fuller Avenue ), and Sunset Boulevard (La Cienega Boulevard to Horn Avenue), beginning at 6:00 p.m. and running until midnight.
